Evelyn and Blake

Some things I want to remember about Evelyn and Blake right now....

They really seem to love each other (despite our fears of an overly jealous Evelyn) - they each both light up when they see each other enter the room.   I figure I should enjoy this while it lasts because it will probably only be about 2 more minutes. 

Blake is a ladies man like nobody's business.  He LOVES his mommy, sissy, nana, and grandma unbelievely...he'll give a full on shift arm to any man holding him if one of the above mentioned person(s) enters the room.  He's also starting to give these crazy kisses to the neck which are incredibly cute.  He's such a cautious and measured little guy, he doesn't try much that he isn't sure he can already do - and on that note he is starting to take 1-2 steps before deciding he's not quite ready yet. 

Evelyn is a very emotional passionate little girl.  She loves to make pictures for all her family members.  Likes to pick up rocks for her rock collection every chance she gets and is obsessed with watching bugs and animals.  She loves to have tons of stories read to her at night frankly until there's cry about having to finally go to bed with her music, night light projector, and Christmas tree on. She's really fun to talk to right now and uses big words like you wouldn't believe, she's such a quick learner at about most anything.  Getting dressed every morning by herself is a must as is eating snow every chance she gets.

Right now we are loving watching Dumbo (our favorite together movie on Netflix right now) for all the animals.  Our favorite meal is a Chicken Nugget Happy Meal and the most effective bribe incentive is a Popsicle.
